Our meat is only of the finest Australian produce, and for 2017 we have upgraded our whole steak menu to the best meat Australia has to offer from our 6+ wagyu rump to our wagyu eye fillet, cooked over a char grill to perfection.
And our seafood is just as good, from our Coffin Bay oysters to our local Barramundi we have spent the last 23 years finding the best Australia has to offer.

Wagyu
WAGYU is a Japanese beef cattle breed revered for an incredibly high level of marbling. The name ‘WAGYU’ refers to Japanese beef cattle, where ‘Wa’ means Japanese and ‘gyu’ means cow. Both fullblood and Wagyu-cross cattle are farmed in Australia for domestic and overseas markets, Australian Wagyu cattle are grain fed for the last 300–500 days of production.
